Ordering Televisions from Pixmania: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Pixmania delivers to most major countries around the world via DHL Worldwide Express Delivery service. There are a few differing postage costs depending where you would like you product to be delivered to and by when.

Pixmania doesn't deliver to Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey, and Sark and DHL doesn't deliver on weekends.

· U.K deliveries: Post and packaging for all destinations within the UK is £9.00 for both next day delivery and two day delivery. This form of delivery is only available for products that are stocked at the Pixmania warehouse. On some occasions your product is sent directly by the manufacturer and may take longer to be delivered. Delivery via DHL takes a maximum of two days once the order is placed unless your order is placed on a Friday, in which case you will receive your television or television accessory on the following Tuesday.

• Deliveries Outside of the UK: The cost of delivery to European addresses (excluding France and Germany) is £18.00. Delivery to the rest of the world is £40.00. Please see the Pixmania France and Pixmania Germany websites for the cost of delivery to these countries.

For next day delivery before midday you must enter your postcode within the white box and click ‘OK' when ordering online. If next-day delivery isn't automatically available for the product you are buying, you will be charged £10 more than the express delivery for this service.

Pixmania isn't responsible for any delivery delays or problems. All complaints and questions about their delivery service should be made to DHL.

Ordering Televisions from Pixmania: Refunds and Returns Policy

All goods sold by Pixmania are covered by a ‘guarantee of conformity' for two years starting from the date of delivery. You are responsible for all costs for a return unless the product does turn out to be faulty, in which case you will receive a refund.

If Pixmania can't repair the faulty product then they will refund according to their sliding scale of refunds and deductions:

• If the product is returned within the first 6 months following delivery then there is no deduction
• From the 7th to the 12th month there is a 20 % deduction
• From the 13th to the 18th month there is a 30 % deduction
• From the 19th to the 24th month there is a 40% deduction.

Refunds are made in the form of a goods coupon which is valid for three months and can be used on all products on the Pixmania website. The Pixmania goods coupon cannot be used on multiple orders
