Ordering Televisions from Panasonic: Shopping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

The Panasonic e-store offers several different delivery options. Please note that Panasonic cannot deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

Standard Delivery

Panasonic products (excluding accessories) can be delivered by standard delivery to UK mainland addresses at a cost of £4.00 and to Channel Islands addresses at a cost of £5.00. This option is not available for delivery to addresses in Eire or the EU.

Panasonic accessories can be delivered by standard delivery to the following addresses:

• Mainland UK - £3.00
• Channel Islands - £4.00
• Eire - £4.00
• EU (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden) - £13.00.

Standard delivery takes between three and five working days. You must sign for the goods on delivery.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is only available for Panasonic accessories being delivered to UK mainland addresses. Your order must be placed before 15.30 and next-day delivery will cost £8.50.

Deliveries only take place on week-days, so if you order goods on a Friday they will be delivered on the following Monday, and if you place your order over the weekend, the goods will be delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery of Largescreen, Plasma and LCD Televisions

Largescreen televisions (measuring over 22 inches), LCD televisions and plasma televisions will be delivered by courier. The courier will contact you within 24 hours of you receiving confirmation of your order to arrange delivery. You can arrange for your television to be delivered on weekdays between 8am and 6pm.

Ordering Televisions from Panasonic: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you want to return your Panasonic television or television accessory, you will need to notify Panasonic within 7 days of receiving your order and obtain a return authorisation number.

If you aren’t returning the product because it’s faulty or isn’t what you ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If you return your Panasonic television or television accessory, you will only be refunded for the post and packaging costs if Panasonic deems the goods to be defective.

If you haven’t received your television or television accessory from the Panasonic e-store within 10 working days of your order having been confirmed, contact the Panasonic’s Customer Support Department.
