Novatech will deliver to anywhere within the UK, but certain remote regions are subject to a surcharge. These surcharges range from £7 to £25. There are a range of price brackets which relate to the weight of the package. As long as Novatech is satisfied that the damage happened when the television was in transit within the UK, Novatech will refund you, repair your television or replace it free of charge. Your television will only be accepted for a refund if it is found to be faulty within 28 days of delivery. From this point all products are covered by Novatech's 12 month return-to-base warranty regardless of the manufacturers' warranty. To return a product to Novatech you can either call the after sales team, or fill in an online returns request form. You will need to get a Product Returns Number from Novatech before you can return your television to them.
