Maplin Electronics has five types of delivery for you to choose from:

· Standard Delivery: Will take between 1-3 days. If your order is placed before 5pm, it will be dispatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). If your order totals under £35, there is a £2.50 delivery charge. Delivery is free if over £35.00.

· Next Working Day Delivery: Delivery is guaranteed for the next day before 6pm. This option is taken off the site after 5pm and isn't available at the weekend. First time buyers can't use this service due to credit checks. Next Working Day Delivery costs £10.

· Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: Guaranteed to be delivered the next day before 10:30am. This delivery option is taken off the site after 5pm and isn't available at the weekend. First time buyers can't use this service due to credit checks. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery costs £13.50.

· Saturday Before Noon Delivery: Available to customers on a Friday and guarantees delivery the next day before 12pm. First time buyers have to make this order over the phone, as opposed to using the website. Saturday Before Noon Delivery costs £15.00.

Maplin Electronics uses two companies to deliver your goods, Royal Mail and DHL. Royal Mail is used only if your order weighs less than 1kg and standard delivery has been chosen. Delivery dates and times cannot be specified. If an order is delivered by DHL you will need to sign for it.

Ordering Televisions from Maplin Electronics: Refunds and Returns Policy

Maplin Electronics has a 14 day money back policy on all goods. In order to return your television or television accessory, you will need to contact Maplins Electronics for a returns number.

Maplin Electronics won't accept the return of the items after the 14 day period if manufacturers warranty is invoked as they see this acceptance of goods.

You must ensure that the television or television accessory is returned suitably packaged and that you enclose proof of purchase. You will also need to pay for the delivery costs.
