Ordering Televisions from LX Direct: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Availability and estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to stock levels. There is an order cut-off time of 2pm, so bear this in mind if you are expecting the next day service.

Your television or television accessory will cost the standard rate of £3.50 to be delivered to you. During the order process, and provided your order is eligible for this option, there will be a drop down menu for you to choose the best day to suit you.

Delivery times are 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and you be notified if it will be a morning or afternoon delivery. Many items will be delivered within 24 hours if possible (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and some come direct from the manufacture to your door.

You can also ask LX Direct to deliver some of the products in your order to different addresses. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

Ordering Televisions from LX Direct: Exclusions

There are some addresses that LX Direct cannot deliver to and for some addresses you won't be able to choose a delivery day. These include some isolated areas, certain off-shore islands and particular parts of Northern Ireland. LX Direct will tell you about any delivery restrictions that apply to your order when you place it.

Orders can only be sent within the UK and you will need to sign for your new TV on delivery.

Free Returns with LX Direct

LX Direct offer free returns on your goods. Most purchases fall under the 14-day home guarantee policy. If you decide that the television or television accessory that you bought isn't suitable or you simply change your mind, you will be given the choice of a refund or a replacement product.

The television or television accessory must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging within 14 days. Your television will be non-returnable once the TV and stand have been assembled.

Faulty and Damaged Items

If you find your television is damaged you need to call LX Direct. They will make arrangements to rectify the problem. Any faults should be reported by phone and LX Direct may refund you, or possibly replace or mend your TV if it's outside of the 14 day home approval guarantee period.

When returning a TV for any reason you must send it back complete with the delivery note, correctly packed and addressed. It must also have been approved for return by LX Direct or the driver will not accept it. Returns made without approval will be sent back and postage will be charged to you. The same applies if you are returning it through the Post Office.

Any television or television accessory that you send back will be closely looked at before a refund can be approved. Pick-ups for returns can also be made from a different address from your own to make things more convenient for you. As with deliveries, LX Direct will try to pick up your television on a pre-arranged day but this cannot always be guaranteed.
