Ordering Televisions: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

You can ask the store to deliver your television or television accessory to almost any address you choose, as long it's within the UK. You will need to sign for the product when it arrives and the dispatch time can be found on the individual product page.

They can't deliver to the Republic of Ireland or send to other destinations outside of the UK, but if you call or email them, they can give you more information about the service they can offer. They also reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address they deem non-secure such as a P.O box.

They may have problems delivering certain items to places such as the Channel Isle, the Isles of Scilly and Man.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5.30pm and they offer a few options regarding delivery.

• Standard & Specialist deliveries: These will be delivered usually within 5 working days. This is free on purchases totaling £150 or over, and costs £3.95 for orders under £150. If you have ordered an item which shows delivery within 14 days then they will contact you to discuss the delivery.
• Next Working Day Delivery: If you want your TV or purchase to be with you as soon as possible then you can opt for the next working day delivery which costs £6.95 and is available on selected orders. Orders must be placed by 3pm previous working day and orders can't be delivered on a weekend or Public Holiday.
• Named Day Delivery: If you would like something to be delivered on a set day as a present, or maybe because you are moving and would like a new TV to be delivered on a specific date, you can specify the delivery day for a charge of £6.95. No deliveries take place at weekends or on Public Holidays.

Ordering Televisions: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you decide that you don't want your television or television accessory then you can return it either by courier return delivery or by taking it back to any of the company's stores in what they describe as “within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging”.

They reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price, if they believe that the product returned to them is not in a resalable condition.

They won't make any deductions if your television or television accessory was faulty, and they will also refund the delivery charge if the product delivered was incorrect, damaged, or faulty in any way. They also offer a five year guarantee on all their televisions.
