Ordering Televisions from Empire Direct: Shopping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Empire Direct makes prompt delivery a priority when you order from its site. All orders are processed and despatched within 2-3 days of receiving payment to anywhere in the UK mainland. Delivery costs start at just £3.50 per order.

Orders from outside the UK (e.g. Northern Ireland) may take longer and cost more to deliver. If this is the case with your delivery, phone or e-mail Empire Direct to discuss. At this time Empire Direct are unable to deliver outside the UK.

Ordering Televisions from Empire Direct: Refunds and Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery. You will need to notify Empire Direct by phone of your intention to cancel within 7 days from delivery. Empire Direct will then issue you a returns number, which you should quote on the paperwork when returning your television or television accessory.

Orders should be returned ‘As Sold' with all components and accessories in the original packaging. If you have opened the packaging to examine your television or television accessory, it must have been done without damaging the product or the box, and you must have repackaged it as it was received.

Returns must be made within 14 days from authorisation. Empire Direct is unable to accept any goods after 14 day period is up. Television stands must not have been opened and any free gifts should also be returned.

For goods returned ‘as new' including all accessories, you will be refunded the full price less delivery costs. If accessories are missing, you will be refunded the full price, minus the delivery charge and cost of the accessories. If the goods are not in a re-sellable condition, then the product will be returned back to you, with the delivery costs charged to your account.
