Ordering Televisions from Dixons: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Dixons will deliver to any address within the mainland UK. All deliveries except those which can be posted through a letterbox will need to be signed for on delivery.

Dixons charges a postage fee for each order not product, so if you order more than one product from Dixons you will only pay one postage cost. This will be the highest of the delivery charges that apply to the individual products that make up your order. .

Dixons charges a range of prices depending on the size of the product. This can range from free standard delivery on some television stands up to £19.99 for TV's that are 22” or above in size.

• Standard Deliveries: Dixon's standard delivery service can be used for products that are small enough to be either posted or delivered by a courier. Your order will take about 5 working days to arrive and the delivery times are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

If your purchase is going to be delivered by a courier then you will be given the details of your delivery date and time together with a link to the couriers' website after you have placed your order.

Orders that are coming directly from the manufacturer can take up to 20 days to be delivered, but Dixons will make every effort to have your delivery made at the day and time that suits you. Some plasma televisions may be delivered directly by the manufacturer.

• Premium deliveries: Dixon's premium delivery service allows you to choose both a delivery day and time-slot. There are “early bird”,, morning, afternoon, and late slots available to you under the premium delivery service.

Ordering Televisions from Dixons: Refunds and Returns Policy

Dixons will allow you to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after the delivery date by either returning it to any of the Dixons stores around the UK, or by following the returns instructions that come with your delivery documentation.

For a full refund you need to return your television or television accessory in an “as new” condition in the original box and packing. Any free gifts must also be returned and you will need proof of purchase.

If your television or television accessory develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, Dixons will always offer you either an exchange or a refund.

If your television or television accessory develops a fault after 28 days but within 12 months of delivery then Dixons will usually repair it, exchange it or offer a refund

Dixons will also refund delivery costs if you need to return a faulty product.

Any item sent for repair will be sent back to you via standard delivery regardless if you originally paid for the premium delivery service.
