Ordering Televisions from Bennetts Electrical: Delivery Details

Bennetts Online strives to deliver items ordered online within 3 – 7 working days, and will contact you if there is likely to be a delay.

Bennetts Online makes a delivery charge for products. This is based on the type of television you have ordered and whether or not you have ordered other items as well. If several items are purchased online at the same time, the highest delivery charge applies and each additional item will receive a discounted delivery charge.

Once you have selected all your items and placed them in your shopping basket, you can calculate the total delivery cost by clicking on ´View Basket´, so that you can be aware of all the charges before you buy.

Bennetts Online will deliver your goods using either City Link or Royal Mail. Because a third party delivery service is used, some heavy goods, such as large Widescreen and Plasma TVs, can't be delivered and can only be purchased in-store.

A Saturday delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, by emailing the address given on the relevant page on the Bennetts Online website.

You can also choose to have your television or television accessory delivered to an alternative address if you are paying for your item(s) with a Visa or Mastercard. All deliveries must be signed for.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order without giving a reason from the day you placed it, up to until seven working days from the day after you received the goods.

You'll receive a full refund, including postage and packing charges, within 30 days of cancelling your order.

If the goods aren't faulty and weren't wrongly delivered, you will be charged for their return. If you are unable to arrange the return of your goods, Bennetts Online will collect them and deduct that cost from your refund.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, together with all accessories and free gifts supplied. If the goods have been opened, Bennetts Online reserves the right not to accept the items returned.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

When you receive your order, you should inspect it and inform Bennetts Electrical of any damages or missing parts within seven working days.

If you experience any problems with your purchased item within 28 days of receiving it, Bennetts Online will arrange to collect and inspect the item. They will offer an exchange or refund if the fault does not appear to have been caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

If you experience a problem with your item after 28 days of purchase and it's within the 12 month guarantee (which is the minimum supplied on all products from the date of delivery), Bennetts Electrical will arrange to repair and return or replace the item free of charge, providing the fault does not appear to have been caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

Any refunds will be made within 30 days.
