Ordering Televisions from BE Direct: Shopping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Delivery to most of the UK mainland is free, with the exception of the following postcodes: AB, PH, IV, KW, PA and DD. BE Direct does not delivery outside of the UK.

Small items are delivered by Royal Mail or a specialist courier. Large items are delivered by a special two man team.

A specific delivery day is stipulated where possible, but BE Direct is not liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred as a result of a delay in delivery.

If a customer is not at the property on the day of the delivery to sign for the goods, they may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge.

Ordering Televisions from BE Direct: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you decide that you do not want the television or television accessory that you have ordered, you can return it (at your own expense) within 7 working days of receipt.

Your television or television accessory must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. If these conditions are satisfied, BE Direct will give you a full refund.

All goods supplied by BE Direct are covered by a full year's parts and labour guarantee.

If your television or television accessory develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, please contact BE Direct to arrange a collection for either an exchange or a full refund. For small items, send them back by Royal Mail Special Delivery and BE Direct will reimburse you for the delivery cost.

If a fault occurs outside of the 28 days, a service call can be arranged and or the goods can be collected as necessary.
