Ordering Televisions from AJ Electronics: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

AJ Electronics will usually deliver to mainland UK addresses within 3-5 working days of your order. However, large domestic appliances are delivered directly from the manufacturer and these can take between 5 and 7 working days to arrive depending on the manufacturer.

Deliveries to Europe usually take up to 10 working days to arrive.

AJ Electronics offers a free standard delivery service on all items, no matter how big they are, but there are a range of other UK delivery options available to you for a small charge.

• Standard Delivery: This is free on all orders and your television or television accessory will only take 1 to 2 working days to be delivered. Arrival time of your product will be between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday.
• Premium Delivery: There are a few premium delivery options available to you from AJ Electronics
  • For £20 you can receive your television or television accessory before noon
  • You can use the “Early Bird Delivery Service” for £30 and receive your television or television accessory before 9.30 am.
  • You can choose the “Saturday Delivery Service” for £25 – your television or television accessory will normally arrive before midday.

If your purchase is going to be delivered by a courier then you will be given the details of your delivery date and time together with a link to the couriers' website after you have placed your order.

You can have your television or television accessory delivered to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

AJ Electronics also includes the following off-shore and remote UK regions in its European Delivery category: Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles.

If your television or television accessory has not been dispatched because the manufacturer is out of stock, AJ Electronics will notify you. If the product is not dispatched within 14 days you can cancel your order without fuss.

If your television or television accessory has been damaged, make a note of the carrier's delivery consignment note and contact AJ Electronics within 7 days.

If you decide to cancel the order and return the product then you may cancel within seven days of the delivery and you will be given a full refund minus a 15% administration charge and any delivery charges. Goods must be sent back in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
