Ordering Televisions from 247 Electrical: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

247electrical will deliver your television or television accessory to any address you choose, including a works address, as long as the address chosen is in the UK or Northern Ireland. However, large items like televisions over 36” (excluding LCD and plasma televisions) can't currently be delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man.

All products purchased from 247electrical are delivered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses.

Delivery times are from Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, but if you need a Saturday delivery this can be arranged for a small sum (depending on the size of your parcel).

Returning Unwanted Items

If you would like to return your television or television accessory, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it. You are also responsible for ensuring the product is suitably packaged for return.

247electrical will refund your credit or debit card once they have received and processed the item (usually within 14 days).

Delivery costs can only be refunded if the return is a result of 247 electrical's error.

Returning Damaged Goods

If your television or television accessory is damaged, you must notify 247electrical within 72 hours of receipt and they will arrange a replacement item for you.

Returning Faulty Goods

• Upon delivery or within 28 days:

If your goods are found to be faulty within 28 days you can contact the 247electrical customer services department via the Contact Us form on site.

This must be done within 72 hours of receipt of goods or the fault developing.

247electrical will either arrange to collect and replace the item or give you the contact details of the manufacturer if they make their own arrangements.

You must return your television or television accessory in its original packaging.

• After 28 days of receipt:

If a fault develops after 28 days of receipt, you should contact the manufacturer directly. The majority of manufacturers will resolve any faults or problems over the phone or via a service engineer visit. A list of manufacturer contact telephone numbers can be found in the “Help & Info” section of the 247electrical's website.

If a manufacturer advises you to contact 247electrical you can do so by using the “Contact Us” form on their on site. 247electrical will then review your fault and take the appropriate action.

Cancelling an Item

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before the confirmed delivery date.

You can also cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your television or television accessory without giving a reason providing that it is in a resalable condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of your goods and you must notify 247electrical in writing within this time.

You are also responsible for the safe return of the product to 247electrical, including the cost of doing so. 247electrical can arrange this on your behalf for a small fee.
